Tell us about the tattoo: why this image/text specifically; what does it mean to you personally; why did you pick this specific design?

I always wanted a Suede tattoo but had a lot of trouble choosing the right lyrics. One day I got a photography book on David Sylvian - my other musical love - and when I saw this photo... It just clicked! The way David is walking towards the light just fits so well with the "Life is Golden" line. I decided to combine my two biggest musical loves in an image of hope.

DP studio, Tel Aviv, Israel

Do you have any plans for more Suede related tattoos and of so, what are they?

No. I do have a Smiths one, 2 Depeche Mode, and obe of an Israeli band that I love. I will definitely get more Suede ones - but it needs to "click" - the right idea at the right time.
